ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Arrival time : after 14h. Our reception is open 24h, so you can check-in at any time without extra cost, but please, tell us if you arrive after 00h.

From the airport: Take the metro to Aliados Station (going from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.). Apartments are about 2 minute walk from Av. dos Aliados.

PARKING
We don't provide parking.

CLEANING
​
Before each Check-in, a Full Cleaning service is done to the Room/Bed.
​
During the stay, daily Maintenance Cleaning is provided. Maintenance Cleaning will empty the room's trash bin, and clean the bathrooms and the rest of the common areas.
​
During longer stays, bed linen will be changed every 3 to 4 days.

CHILDREN

Children are very welcome! Children are allowed in private rooms and cots are available to children up to 3 years old by request and are subject to availability.

PETS
Pets are not allowed.

NO SMOKING

The apartments and common areas are strictly non-smoking!

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS
lPease switch off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the apartment. To help us reduce energy use:

In summer, set air-conditioning to 22ºC or higher.​​

In winter, use heating at a maximum of 20ºC.



Payment information
TOURISTIC CITY TAX
The city tax rate is 3€/person/night. It must be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy changes according to the reservation rate plan.

GUEST'S BELONGINGS
Guests are particularly requested to lock the doors of their rooms and lockers when going out, as well as the building frontdoor. For the convenience of the Guest lockers are provided in private rooms. The Property or Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either their room or any other part of the building, including theft or pilferage.


FEES AND PENALTIES

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment or its contents caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged, with a 50% surcharge applied.
Smoking inside the properties is charged by a 250€ fine. You can, however, smoke in the rooftop.
If the apartment is not vacated by the check-out time, management reserves the right to remove belongings and charge for an additional night.
COMMUNITY RULES
​It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hostel. No parties of any kind, including sleepovers, are permitted in the rooms. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the hostel without previous notice and with no refund, nor compensation in case of breach of property rules and policies.
