Our check-in process is online.

Please complete your check-in before arrival, as we cannot grant access to the apartment without it.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

 

Arrival time : 16h - 22h

Departure time : until 11h

​

Late arrival: Contact and go to Rivoli Cinema Hostel reception (24/7).

 

Late arrival is free of charge.

​

To improve our welcoming service, please send us your check-in time.

If possible we will be there to greet you, if it’s not possible we will help you remotely.

GETTING INSIDE THE APARTMENT

​

Upon arriving, ring the bell at Porto Cinema Apartments.

​

We will answer remotely, open the door, ask you to go upstairs and pick up the phone next to the elevator.

​

You will then receive instructions on how to access your apartment.

APARTMENT INFORMATION

 

DIRECTIONS

​

Santa Catarina 10, 4000-542 Porto, Portugal

​

From the airport: Take the metro to Bolhão station (going from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.). Apartments are 4 mins walk up Santa Catarina Street.

​

From the train station: From São Bento Station walk up 31 de Janeiro street, turn left into Santa Catarina street, and find number 10 just at the corner.

 

You can also use uber/bolt and taxi.

We don't provide parking.

CLEANING

 

​

Apartments are fully cleaned before each arrival.Guests can request daily maintenance by placing a door hanger sign. Rooms will be cleaned in the time window between 11:30h and 17:30h. The sign must be in place the entire time.

​

Cleaning includes emptying the trash bin, cleaning the bathroom and making the bed (if there aren't any belongings on top).Towels will only be replaced if guests leave them on the bathroom floor. Towels will only be replaced if left on the bathroom floor. To support sustainability, please request new towels only when necessary.

 

During longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed every 3 to 4 days.

 

Any cleaning special needs must be requested to reception and will be provided upon availability.

CHILDREN

Children are very welcome! They count towards the apartment’s maximum capacity. Extra beds are not available, but we can provide a baby cot for little ones up to 3 years old (upon request and subject to availability).

PETS

 

Pets are not allowed.

NO SMOKING

The apartments and common areas are strictly non-smoking!

 

 

Linens & Towels

​​

Bedlinen and extra towels are provided in the apartment. If you have trouble finding them, please contact us.

​

 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS

 

lPease switch off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the apartment. To help us reduce energy use:

 

  • In summer, set air-conditioning to 22ºC or higher.​​

  • In winter, use heating at a maximum of 20ºC.

Payment information

 

TOURISTIC CITY TAX

 

The city tax rate is 3€/person/night. It must be paid upon arrival.

GUEST'S BELONGINGS

 

For your safety, please make sure to lock the apartment doors and windows, as well as the building’s front door, whenever you go out. Please note that the management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including theft, inside the apartment or elsewhere in the building.

FEES AND PENALTIES

​

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment or its contents caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged, with a 50% surcharge applied.

Smoking inside the properties is charged by a 250€ fine.

If the apartment is not vacated by the check-out time, management reserves the right to remove belongings and charge for an additional night.

COMMUNITY RULES

 

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and other residents by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding any disturbance in the apartments or common areas. Parties or sleepovers are not permitted. In case of violation of house rules, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property without prior notice or refund.
